from the date of purchase, and is available 7 days a week by e-mail and by telephone during
normal business hours.

receipt, the serial number
confirmation e-mail you received when ordering CYBERsitter, or the CYBERsitter "Help" file
for the correct
phone number for your version. If you cannot locate the appropriate
support telephone number, please use the above form to request it and we
will respond quickly.
Telephone support is not provided for trial version users.
Users who purchased
CYBERsitter over one year ago are are strongly encouraged to upgrade
to the current version of CYBERsitter so that they are using the
latest technology and will be able to receive technical support.
