| Help Topic | Using Norton Internet Security with CYBERsitter |
| Overview | Many
CYBERsitter users already have Norton Internet Security installed on
their computers when they install CYBERsitter. This may cause conflicts
as the Norton firewall may inadvertently block CYBERsitter from
communicating over the Internet. When this occurs, users may experience
problems accessing the Internet with some or all of their Internet
programs.
|
| Solution | You will
need to make a modification to your Norton settings to allow CYBERsitter
to access the Internet. These steps are outlined below. After you have
changed the settings we recommend, it may be necessary to reboot your
computer so that Norton will update its configuration.
|
| Step 1:
Open Norton Internet Security, and then on the left click on "Norton Internet Security" and click "Status And Settings" |
