Let CYBERsitter
help you report a problem.
CYBERsitter has an extremely
useful support reporting function that you can use to report problems.
When you request support this way, information about your CYBERsitter
configuration and Internet settings are automatically attached so that
we can better help diagnose the problem.
- Open CYBERsitter by
double clicking on the CYBERsitter Icon in the system
tray (lower right corner by the clock).
- Enter your password
(if necessary).
- In CYBERsitter 2003, select "Tools/Support"
from the menu bar. In older
versions, go to the "Tools" tab
page.
- Click the button for
"Send a Support Message" or "On-line Technical Support" (depending on
your version).
- Provide the
information and description of the problem as necessary. Please
try to be as detailed as possible.
- Click the "Send"
button.

This will send an e-mail to our support department
automatically.

Support Policies
Our normal business hours are
8:00
am to 4:00 PM Pacific Time
Monday - Friday (Holidays excepted).
Technical support is free to registered CYBERsitter users for one year
from the date of purchase, and is available 7 days a week by e-mail and by telephone during
normal business hours.
Please refer to your on-line
receipt, the serial number
confirmation e-mail you received when ordering CYBERsitter, or the CYBERsitter "Help" file
for the correct
phone number for your version. If you cannot locate the appropriate
support telephone number, please use the above form to request it and we
will respond quickly.
Telephone support is not provided for trial version users.
Users who purchased
CYBERsitter over one year ago are are strongly encouraged to upgrade
to the current version of CYBERsitter so that they are using the
latest technology and will be able to receive technical support.
