| I am having
problems trying to download CYBERsitter. It is stating that there has been
an error, "The plug-in did not initialize properly" or when I attempt to
download CYBERsitter, all I see is a broken film strip icon. What is going on and
how do I fix this? The cause of this error problem is not related to CYBERsitter and actually will cause any executable file you download to display this error. You should really address this problem, not only to complete your CYBERsitter download, but to repair your computer so that you will not experience these problems in the future. The problem is related to browser plug-ins, and most likely related to Apple Quicktime. It is possible that simply downloading and installing the newest version of Quicktime will correct this problem.
